Sales Manager (location India, China or Parkistan)

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager in the broader Asian region.

Your goals:

  • (Over-) Achieving the goals in accordance with the sales plan in terms of turnover, margin and growth
  • Generating profitable sales
  • Business development

Main tasks and responsibilities:
  • Preparing, presenting, executing and evaluating an annual sales plan for its region/accounts;
  • Realizing the turnover targets of the relevant product portfolio in its region;
  • Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with (potential) customers contributing and driving growth;
  • Deep understanding of commercial needs/opportunities from the customers to be transferred in a solid action plan driving growth, cross selling and customer loyalty;
  • Improving the sales coverage and developing growth thru optimized sales knowledge (client mapping, margin review);
  • Managing agents and distributors and initiating quarterly business reviews;
  • Translating technical problems into commercial solutions;
  • Introducing, promoting and selling the product & services portfolio;
  • Executing online/offline marketing programs regarding customer needs;
  • Submitting proposals for product innovation;
  • Alignment with R&D, Service and Customer Service;
  • Managing customer data using the CRM tool on a frequent basis.

Your profile

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor work and thinking level;
  • Commercial experience in an international, industrial environment;
  • Knowledge of relevant products and technologies;
  • Affinity with high-tech products;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Strong negotiator and relationship builder;
  • Willingness to travel ;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Independent, self-starter, can-do/ hands-on mentality;
  • Familiar with CRM tools and accurate forecasting.
