Marketing Manager - Boxmeer, the Netherlands

Job profile

As Marketing Manager you are responsible to convert the marketing & communication strategy into concrete action points to contribute to our commercial goals. In this role, you report directly to our Chief Commercial Officer.

Your main tasks and activities include:
  • Assist with global brand strategy rollout and associated communications plans/projects in partnership with internal key stakeholders;
  • Focus on new product go-to-market strategy, product activation, and maximizing the lifetime value of our buyers and sellers at all stages of the funnel;
  • Collaborate with product management to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas;
  • Buyer’s process, including where they get information, and the who, what, whenand why behind the decisions they make. Then drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based;
  • Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes;
  • Plan the launches of new products and releases of existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan;
  • Understand and support our sales channels; educate them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it;
  • Develop strategic and tactical guidance on campaign/project planning and communications channels/tools in alignment with our strategy;
  • Lead analysis of product marketing tactics and their impact to the business and make recommendations that continually improve the efficacy of go-to-market plans;
  • Manage relationships with external marketing/creative/digital agencies to ensure compliance with brand standards, general procedures and quality standards for deliverables;
  • Create content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts;
  • Provide communications support to the ORC’s.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing;
  • 5+ years of marketing, brand, product marketing, and/or consulting experience;
  • Ability to grasp and present product’s value proposition in a way that resonates and articulates how to solve the buyers’ problems;
  • Obsessed with tracking performance, and have the data to prove what’s working and what isn’t;
  • Comfortable using CRM tools;
  • Familiar with marketing automation tools;
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties;
  • Combine analytical marketing skills with deep critical thinking;
  • Strong command of data and ability to use data to inform strategies and tell a strong narrative;
  • Gaining insight into customer needs and experiences. Analysis of data, surveys and customer interviews will be part of this mix and you need to be well acquainted with these techniques.
